I have been a Chef for over 40 years. I graduated from the Culinary Program at Johnson and Wales in 1981. After graduating I gained much of my culinary experience from Captain PJ's and L' Auberge. I specialize in seafood and a variety of cuisine. I pride myself on being able to create a menu for any occasion.
